The current study is aimed to investigate the prevalence of asymptomatic bacteriuria among students at Libyan International Medical University. This study's participants are 24 students. Male and female urine samples were obtained. A significant bacterial count in the urine is described as asymptomatic bacteriuria around 54.2 % of LIMU students .A chi-squared test is used in this study the result shows that (X2 , P=0.004) There were statistically significant different in asymptomatic bacteriuria with gender. Females had a higher prevalence of ASBU than males. E. coli was detected, which is the most prevalent cause of asymptomatic bacteriuria.
