| dc.description.abstract | Urine sample have been collected from 12 male and 12 female , the most common microorganism related with asymptomatic bacteriuria is Escherichia coli (ABU) , the microorganism was once determine in urine samples on cled agar. This type of bacteria is very common in clinical practice and its incidence increases with age, asymptomatic bacteriuria that is the presence of bacteria in the urine without any urinary symptoms. Females are more susceptible to bacteria than adult males; as a result, the colony of the culture media it was negative.
